I understand that by accepting a job through this portal I am expected to deliver the service required by the client in the prescribed time indicated on the project time table. Failing to adhere to this will result in me being removed from this service as a designer for a minimum period of 6 months until I can re-apply.
At no time will I (the designer) attempt to make direct contact with the client, or make myself available in any way to any of the clients using this service, without going through the portal.
I understand that any mistakes I make, will result in damages either to Xanita or the client, in terms of good faith and possibly financial costs. I therefore agree to correct any mistakes that I have made at no additional cost to either Xanita or the client.
Two consecutive errors or Three in any 3 month period will result in me being removed from the Global Design by Xanita 3D portal for a minimum of 6 months before I can re-apply.
I agree to the rates that have been determined by this portal and understand that I am in no position to dispute said rates.
I cannot hold Xanita or the client liable for any bank charges or exchange commissions that I may incur during the process of being paid.
I understand that I may not turn down more than 1 job per month that is allocated to me. If I do turn down more than 1 job in this period, I will be removed as designer from this service for a minimum period of 6 months until I can re-apply.
It is my responsibility to ensure that any files I upload to the portal, of work I have done for clients, is free of viruses and malware.
All payments to designers will be made in full within 24hrs of submitting their design work for upload.
